Pretty Scotney is an original acrylic pretty floral castle painting of Scotney Castle in Lamberhurst, Kent. A beautiful National Trust property open to visitors all year round, but this piece captures it at it’s best - in full summer bloom!

This local scene is a place close to my heart. I grew up in Lamberhurst, in a house on the Scotney estate and have many fond childhood memories of this special castle. It was a joy to paint.
